Non-Alcoholic Beverage Compliance: Not as Straightforward as You’d Think

I recently joined MHW for Episode 57 of their podcast, “The Surprisingly Non-Straightforward World of Non-Alcoholic Beverage Compliance.”

In the episode, we discuss why non-alcoholic wine, beer, and spirit alternatives can be trickier to navigate than their alcoholic counterparts. We cover how alcohol content determines whether TTB or FDA is in charge, how FDA labeling differs from TTB’s COLA process, and what brands should watch for as they enter this fast-growing category.

If you’re producing, importing, or selling non-alcoholic beverages (or thinking about it), give the full episode a listen here.
